Refund policy
You are welcome to lodge a return request for full-priced purchases within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to us, we will repost it back to you at your expense.
House of Darwin will only accept returns for purchases made on www.houseofdarwin.com
For item/s purchased from our stockists, please return directly to the stockist.
For health and hygiene reasons some products are not able to be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing. This includes swimwear, socks, briefs, face masks & water bottles.
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- Products must be unworn and unwashed
- Returns affected by perfume, deodorants, detergent scent or make-up will not be accepted
- Your item must be in resellable condition with tags still attached

Full-priced items purchased with the promotion applied are eligible for store credit or exchange only upon return, and refunds are not applicable. Sale items purchased with the additional 30% applied are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
Requesting a Return
You may submit a return request via your customer account, or by emailing us at info@houseofdarwin.com.
For exchanges, please submit your return request with your new item (Item Name & Size) requested in the return reason notes. Alternatively, email us with your new item preferences at info@houseofdarwin.com
Submitting a return request
Sign in to your account using the email your order was placed with here.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
Once your return request is received accepted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
