House of Darwin ship nationally from Darwin, NT using AustraliaPOST and DHL for international orders.
Please make sure your receiving address is safe and secure. We are not responsible for missing parcels if we have the tracking that says it is delivered.
All import taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order requires additional charges you will be notified and required to pay these before your package clears customs. As a provider of goods we declare the value of the package when shipped and from that point it is with your country’s customs agents to approve, delay or reject your package.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to us, we will repost it back to you at your expense.House of Darwin will only accept returns for purchases made on www.houseofdarwin.com
